Connecting Threads: To zoom or not to zoom – what is the future?

You are here: Home / Connecting Threads: To zoom or not to zoom – what is the future?

As we move forward what will early years music practice look like?

This North West meeting is an opportunity to share and discuss new blended models of working and connecting with families and children as face-to-face delivery becomes a possibility.

How can online platforms help to build meaningful relationships with families, remove barriers to access and support children’s musical engagement?

We invite North West practitioners to attend and to:

  • share their experience of using blended models of delivery
  • discuss the impact of adopting blended approaches on early years practice
  • explore thoughts and implications for the future.

*Please be aware that this event is for North West England practitioners only.

We’ll be using online video software Zoom, so please ensure you have downloaded the app on a desktop or mobile ahead of the session.

Do you know about this Norwegian project Twitter pals with an interest in music education? Read the aims, they make a striking contrast to the way that the MMC has been developed. https://prosjekt.hvl.no/futured/

Barely 5 minutes after I have quoted @benphillips76 How to Fight Inequality at @RiMEconference - then I get a message from him. Thank you Hermione for being the link. Chuffed at his response.
